No air service will have enough people all of the time to meet maximum yearly demand. Well the max demand just happens to be larger than usual. Seems to be down to covid.

It's taken a while to get onto an aircraft since terrorism became a problem. Airports are only so big so it's not just a matter of increasing staff.

We have passport control where ever we go. We queue in front of machines.................. and may do at the other end as well. Same coming back.
