We have had a Visonic wireless alarm system for around three years, it has been fine until recently when the siren has been going off at random times in the night. When I disarm it and go to the control panel there is no record of the alarm being triggered, or of any faults.

Could this mean there is some sort of problem with the wireless siren rather than the alarm itself? Worth replacing it to see if that fixes the problem? Thanks for any advice!

I would check the bell box on the wall and see if its still securely fixed.

then open it up and have a look (ear defenders may be required).

may need batteries replacing or there could be something else wrong with the bell box, you wont know for sure until you have a closer look.

you sure its your bell box thats activating.
