Alarm upgrade

Evening all. I’m after a bit of advice please if possible. I currently have a Texecom Veritas R8 alarm system with just 3 PIR’s. I am wanting to upgrade the system to a Texecom Premier Elite 24 just so I can add the smart com to it. Do I just need to change the alarm panel and key pad and keep my existing PIR’s and bell box or do I need to change everything?
