Hi the fan is going like the clappers had a guy in 2 hours later still no joy

fan speed is not the issue

i fixed alpha 280 e today it was not rectifying so cleaned the probe of ionisation and it fixed the problem without need for part`s but what is your boiler actualy doing
pump runs
fan runs
fires up for 10 seconds then lockout
failure could be fan poor performance i.e blocked blades causing aps to switchoff or flue blockage.
could be flame sensing
could be pcb.
Think it be cheapest for to find a competent boiler engineer to solve. And cheaper in the long run.
Or go down the british gas fixed price repair. I often get customers to use this route when i know the cost of the parts is going be more than £150
