Firstly I will appologise for my first post being a 'need help'
I have an Alpha CB28 combi boiler (not the best I believe!) which has a mechanical clock fitted. This I find not at all accurate. I would like to fit a wireless programmable room stat. The one from Alpha is about £250 so that is not going to happen!

How can I wire one in, never done one before.
Do I remove the clock and wire it in that way? The clock kit looks factory fit.
Or do I leave the clock in permantly on and wire the whole thing in to the link for external control?
Obviously Alpha want theirs fitted so have the "other programmers may damage your boiler"
I have worked on it before changing diaphram and other bits and work as an engineer in another field so have not issues with wireing.
Hope someone can point me in the correct direction.
Finally what programmer would you recomend?
Thanks, John.
