Hi guys, first time post in need of urgent help.

Just moved into a student house and the boiler has lost all pressure meaning we're getting no hot water / heating.

At home i know that when the pressure drops which valve to turn to fill up the boiler, however this is a boiler i am really not used to..

The model of the boiler is alpha he cb25

I've tried looking at these two manuals

http://www.alpha-innovation.co.uk/custom/upload/instructions/Old models/HE User Inst 6 05.pdf

and

http://www.alpha-innovation.co.uk/c...ns/Old models/HE CB Inst & Serv Inst 7 05.pdf

however to no avail.

I managed to find the pressure relief valve.

Any help/feedback would be great, i can take pictures of the boiler and provide you with any information you may need at my end.

Thanks.

There will be a filling loop somewhere in the new property. Same as before.

Possibility ??

Using the 2nd link page 15 fig - 13a

Filling loop connected to pipework directly below boiler ??

You talk about a "student house"!

If you are renting a house it may be better for you to get the landlord/agent to arrange to deal with the boiler.

If you start meddling then you may have to pay for repairs for any damage you cause!
