Am I worrying too much (gable end edition)

Hello all,

I came across this site the other day and the timing is probably not coincidence - I'm looking for advice or maybe even reassurance. Having moved from a small flat to a (1975) 2 bedroom end-terrace Dormer property, there's a mounting list of things I'm picking up on despite a glowing home report. Reality is setting in and I find I'm freaking out over just about every little thing.

Left gable slope is what I'd assume to look normal. The right hand side there's a clear space/gap. What is the reality of this please?

There's a gap on the left too. Nothing to worry about.
