I need to extend the amtico into a newly created extension to an old room.
The old part of the room has floorboards so the amtico is laid on ply etc.
The new part has a concrete floor and this has had a screed laid by builder to level of adjoining floorboards less the thickness of the ply.
Do I need to now prime and put a final 3/5 mm self levellng compound down for a perfectly flat surface and then lay amtico??
