Saddam Huseins invasion of Kuwait ect ect may have contributed ? or had some thing to do with it ????

Than u have the failed states of Sudan , Somalia & there civil wars. The disaster in Libya.

The only country that did any thing significant out there in the last 18 months (?) were the Russians who basically adopted the attitude of if it walks or crawls & is on the other side of the line
