An annoying squeak

My Renault extra van has developed an annoying squeak when I change gear. It only seem to happen between 3 ,4 and 5.if I wiggle the gear stick up and down it squeaks ,im not putting it in gear or pushing the clutch pedal.it sounds like it needs some oil or grease some where.

Dash mounted selector? (gearstick that is, not garage dj).

Prise off rubber gaiter and grease the (fairly complex) selector mechanism.
