Hi can anyone recomend a free anti virus download for my samsung galaxy tab?

I use lookout but I'm not sure why paranoia methinks.

I use avast on mine also but like mattylad is it paranoia,but having said that,as ever it depends on where one downloads stuff from.

Well when i bought mine 6 months ago pc world told me you dont get virus on andriod, but yesterday they changed there minds and now you do??!!?

PCworld would probably try and sell you Nortons for the PC - to use on your android device.

I would not for one minute believe anything they said.

OK, so maybe they cannot get a "virus" good review but they can get trojans, malware etc.
Perhaps its not so much paranoia.

So if your going to use it for banking etc then perhaps best to add an AV app.

Trustgo looks to be getting a good rep.

Whether these devices can get a virus or not, isn't the problem. The bigger issue here is the fact that viruses could be passed on to computers / laptops.
