Hi,

In the market for an angle grinder for DIY use.

I've got a cheapo little one but am after a bigger one.

I initally need it to cut a couple of concrete coping stones for a repair job but will probably later use it when I lay a new patio.

Happy to go for a relatively budget one but not sure what size is good?

If there are any other handy features I should look out for please let me know?

9" if youre doing paving, and a decent diamond blade

cheers,

managed to cut the coping stone using the little one in the end, will remember the size for when i purchase a larger one in the future.

It's all in the blade... You can spend more on the blade than the cutter.

It's also a good idea to keep the blade cool with water

I've done a bit of building and last year I purchased a petrol disc cutter - I don't know how I've coped without it... It's got a hose attachment too...

£450 worth of the dogs !
