Which country is that?
An EICR isn’t necessarily required
residual current breaker or is it an RCD. Might be getting my rcbs mixed up with my rcds. But I think you already know this haha
RCCB - residual current circuit breaker - earth leakage only - double pole device that covers several circuits with MCBs.
RCBO - residual current breaker with over current protection - earth leakage and overcurrent.
Both are RCDs - residual current devices.
MCB - miniature circuit breaker - overcurrent only.

In fairness the location was extremely obvious from the photo. It very obviously wasn't a UK or Six County installation.
