Another Damp/Mould question

@opps

My bathroom is in the centre of our bungalow after I extended to the side.
Bathroom has no window obviously.
Most of the time the centrifugal extractor is off because it's a bit noisy and below the loft conversion bedroom.
We don't have any mould or problems with condensation.
I recently painted the ceiling with eggshell but for the last 8 years it had Dulux vinyl matt on the ceiling.

Do you think most tradesmen would known why this is? I know most wouldn't have a clue...
If you asked what's the difference between a centrifugal fan and a standard fan would they know?
I doubt it..
Jmo.
You may think differently.

First one is the damp/mould in top corner of internal wall. We have CWI & rendered walls. Where we live we do get lots of wind driven rain against the house. What's the best way of finding out if that is the case or would it be better to get a professional in?

This looks like water ingress to me, because the mould is concentrated in one area. If it was equally bad all along the ceiling, it might be because of clothes drying, etc, but it's not.

Things to check for:
- condition of pointing.
- check gutters aren't broken so water is running down the wall.
- check for broken tiles and potential roof leaks that may be putting water into the wall.
