Don't know about 2nd hand Bentleys but if you want to purchase a brand new one they check you out first.
The want to know you are able to afford their cars with no chance of defaulting on payments. They will always require a large deposit and they will strongly advise that you spend at least a day with them to be taught how to drive their vehicles. If you don't come up to their expectations they reserve the right to refuse to sell to you. If you do damage your new car you have to go to a recommended repairer or they have the right to declare their warranty null and void, (even to the extent of getting a puncture repaired!).I would imagine RR would have a similar outlook.

afaik bikes are different after you have passed your test you can only buy a bike up to a certain BHP
and can only up-grade after a given period of time ?? think thats how it works
