Hi All,
Recently-ish moved into a new flat, found many a dodgy DIY attempts so far!
My latest find is the shower has no supplementary bonding at all. Using my DMM, I have found there is currently 15K between the CPC and the incoming cold water feed. Negligible AC though.
The cold feed is tapped, almost directly from the main incomer, via soldered and compression joints, then, there is a plastic Hep2o (spelling?) type straight through joint - across this is where I find my 15K.
As the bathroom end is all finished and tiled, would it be acceptable (bit of a long shot I think) to bond between the CPC and the compression elbow within the shower itself? If it will fit of course, or will I have to rip it all apart.
Ta in advance.
