Another Suprima PCB query!!!

Soldered as many joints as practical on the PCB - no change!!!
While I had my head in the airing cupboard over the weekend I heard the pump stop for about 4 seconds. The boiler was not heating at the time so no crashing and banging. Looks like new PCB time. Thanks for your help anyway guys.

i would not recommend that you repair the board on the suprima there has been lots of problems with the first two types of boards and by trying to repair the board cause the boiler to become dangerous and only corgi
engineers should repair boiler board needs to be replaced with the new mark 3 pcb.

Bit the bullet last week and purchased a new type PCB on Ebay. Fitted it over the weekend, which was pretty easy, but just took a while. Problem still there - ouch!!!!! Just to refresh your memories, the boiler boils the water and locks out, when I check the pump it isn't running and there is no power to the pump. Couple of questions for you. Does the boiler shut off the pump when it locks out? Could it be the thermistor or boiler overheat stat? Getting desperate now!!!!!!!
