Anti-mildew paints or primers?

Hi - am new to the fourm. Can you help me?

I am redecorating a room in my new house which has obviously been allowed to have mildew build up on the walls (plastered) by the previous owner. I've scrubbed the walls with 50/50 bleach/water but was wondering whether there were any paints or primers which were of use in reducing the likelihood of it returning? I've seen a few but they all seem to be white top coats, and ideally I want the option of painting the room a colour other than white.

Have addressed the air flow and humidity issue, just don't want the mildew to start knackering the paint work!

Mould needs damp - Youve sorted the humidity problem so mildew/mould shouldnt occur again whatever paint you use
