Anti- vax protestors try to storm the BBC ?

But they didn't report one of their buildings was stormed.

You are being silly, now.

You are trying too hard to score points against those with whom you disagree on a particular matter that you have come to believe that everything they say must be wrong.

again, for the second time, one of their buildings was not stormed.

Do you not understand the concept of property ownership? They sold it. Moved out. They live up north now.

So, you totally missed the point of the news then? Another export discussing a story they have no clue about - you should be a tabloid "reporter"

This was not a BBC building. They moved out years ago.

A handful of protesters gained access to Television Centre in west London, the circular building vacated by the BBC in 2013 which has since been converted into flats and a private members’ club. Activists at the demo described the media as “the virus” and criticised the BBC’s coverage of the Covid pandemic.

Ok, but it still seems newsworthy.

Points? No, I am just highlighting when people are spreading fake news to support their own warped view of the world.

Do you still think a BBC building was stormed?

Yes, but only to highlight that these idiots made a stupid mistake.
The BBC doesn't tend to waste its time on such stories - stupid people do stupid things all the time.

Here's the top news stories on this right now:

So then - It was basically done for publicity, they got none, because they got it so badly wrong and are upset about the complete lack of any publicity. Sounds like a bunch of nutters to my mind.

You seem to be the one being rather silly. If you have an issue, ask the BBC why they didn't report a minor disruption at a premises with which they have no connection or interest. In other news which the BBC will not report - I am having steak for dinner, with a nice red.

So, my points still stand.

Is that what news organisations should do?

What, not report non-stories?
Or not report things that are done purely to promote a dangerous agenda?

Had residents and workers in the building been killed, like when the conspiracy idiots stormed Capitol Hill*, then it would be newsworthy.
But as it stands, it might make local news, or tabloid news, or be shared on platforms that want to highlight what complete pricks the covidiots really are.
Just not the BBC.

Although, you never know, they might do their own report on it still.

*interesting to note, similar sort of people involved. One film crew was racially attacked and told to "go home". They had to convince the attackers/protesters that they were not a BBC film crew to escape.

Well, they do have a connection with the building don't they?
