Any caulk for this skirting haha

Put my digital angle finder on this corner and it's reading 89.1 degrees. Set my DeWalt saw to 44.5cut then used the other side 44.5. went to set in place but still have this gap. I squared of my saw before use so the saw isn't off.

Does the same problem repeat over many cuts? As in its always about the same distance out?
TBH, it's better than I would be able to do.
 
Adjust the more face with a sharp block plane. Simples!
 
You have cut slightly too short not wrong angle , pin corner tight and slide joint back to wall and caulk any gaps.

I would just run a belt sander over the backs of the mitres (I don't have a decent block plane though).
