Anyone able to estimate a price on changes to the ground floor of this house?

On the left is the existing floorplan and on the right what we would like to do. We have just had an offer accepted on the house but wont complete for a few months so not able to get quotes yet so just looking for a bit of a ballpark estimate on how much it would cost us. Thanks in advance


Edit: We are likely going to have to do it in two sections, starting with knocking down the conservatory, adding a roughly 2m x 6m back single story extension and closing off the lounge, and then the front of house work later if that makes it easier to give an estimate for both bits of work.
