Anyone Identify these Kitchen Door Dampers?

I've searched for hours but can't find these anywhere. They snap into position when doors are fully up, then used to slow close when you pull on bottom door, but they have stopped damping and there is no adjustment.

If anyone can find me some to buy it would be appreciated.
