I think the reason people use Velux is that they are reliable and are a doddle to fit - in fact idiot proof. They have recently made their sun tunnels even easier to fit.
However, asking for anything out of the ordinary presents a bit of task and can take ages. The lead time on a special flashing kit was 8 weeks!!
