Agile you stated that a stopcock would cost £10 so you obviously didnt identify that it was the inside of a draincock which is one of the most common bits out there.
Yes my PC does sell washers for that and if it needed the whole valve these are only a quid as its not as expensive as the stop cock you where thinking it was.
