Hi
Just had a new kitchen fitted with all new sockets and wiring. Have noticed when the microwave is running and the kettle is turned on (the kettle is plugged in the socket next to the microwave) that the microwave sounds like its loosing power, like an electric motor sounds when a battery is running low. Turn off the kettle and the microwave is back to full power.
What is going on there?
If I move the kettle to the other worktop and turn it on (which is on a less direct or different socket ring main) the microwave doesn't loose power.
Thanks
