Approx Wortop Fitting Price

I've been trying to get some idea of prices for fitting wortops we have.

They are Iroko & are as follows.

1 off 2290mm long, one radiused corner, one hob cutout.

1 off 1800mm with one sink cutout, joined to adjacent worktop each end.

1 off 1700 long, 2 radiused corners sinlge dia 102 cutout

1 off b/fast bar & support, approx 1520mm long.

Anybody "in the trade" give me a ball park figure please so I know roughly what to budjet for in the build?
