Aquaboard or no more ply?

the boards that were in my shower were covered in mold underneath the tiles somehow, So I'm guessing the wrong board may have been used?

I've removed all the old board and was wondering whats the best board to use that won't go moldy?

I've been looking at Aqua board and no more ply but not sure whats the best and what else you can get?
