Ok so I had a new Aqualisa 609 fitted by a trade (on a combi system). This is a concealed unit of course so body sits in the wall (a stud wall in this case). Had to leave the unit to let the sealant dry. Next day I discover the moving the temperature controller to hot pumps cold water and moving it to cold pumps hot water. So my immediate assumption is that it's been fitted upside down. The unit is supplied set up for a top outlet but my outlet is bottom. Therefore before fitting the blanking cap would have needed to be swapped. Is there a way I can see the orientation of the unit without removing the cartridge ?
