Aqualisa fixed shower head problem

I'm trying to fit a new aqualisa shower head which didn't come with instructions!

It has a white plastic spigot head with an O ring, I've put this over the 15mm pipe, but when I turn on the shower it leaks through where a tightening screw should be (this is missing). Is this correct, will it stop leaking when I get a replacement tightening screw? This is getting very frustrating, any help please![/b]

Uploaded a photo please see below, the water is coming out from the bottom
where a small screw should be (don't have it in the pack). Will it stop leaking if we get a screw? Seems a bit Mickey mouse if it does, the plastic bit is similar to a tall thin top hat with a metal ring cut out to grab the pipe in the top of the "hat". Any ideas please? [/img]
