aquapanel fitting

hi I am fitting aqua panel to a shower but would like to know wether you aqua panel to the floor and then put the tray in or do you sit the aqua panel on the top edge of the tray
there is a block wall on the face that i am going to use aquapanel
oh yeah an pics or links would be helpful

Always drop panel below the tray. Just allow a few mm gap from the floor level.
Then seal the tray to the panel.
