hi i have a aquatron viva shower, only pumps out cold water no hot, not been used for a while, i can get the first panel off but i cant get the whole thing off.. looking for some help on this.. thanks in advance

Is it supposed to be installed on its side like that?
Does it have a solenoid valve, or will it let cold water through even if it is not powered up? If the latter, do you know if it is actually getting an electricity supply?

You would normally have fixing screws on bottom and top of the cover, rarely found on the sides of covers but don't rule it out.
If you have incoming electrical supply and the solenoid is letting water through, then if no heated water, that would suggest a heating element failure, could be connections are loose/damaged, thermal cut-out failure or the heating element/exchanger itself needs replacing.
The shower is of an age and type that spares could be difficult to source.
