Arbors (simple question !)

Hi guys,
A simple question.......
I need to cut a couple of 30mm tap holes in an acrylic bath.
I've never done it before.
Is this a suitable arbor and cutter to use ?
Not quite sure how they fit together.
If there's anything better, please advise.

yes those will do it. the holesaw screws onto the arbor, and the arbor has locating pins which locks onto the holesaw.
