Architrave

Hi there,
Just sorting our bathroom
Out and wondered why the bet way to finish this little one.

I’ve got 3” architrave to the right of the door and on top however im
Stuck On how to finish this bit, I cant
Move Ty door way up and making the doorway 3 inch smaller isn’t going
To look right… any suggestions and help would be appreciated . Ps the dot isn’t fully finished ( hinges) as I had to put something up quickly as you can see the bathroom from the front house window as it’s downstairs lol
