We have a double oven, actually a Hotpoint DD2540 model which has stopped working.

It is just over 5 years so, rather than maybe trying to get it repaired, we have decided just to replace it. (It was £340, so lasted well)

The size of this oven is 59.5 x 88.2 x 57.5 cm

We'll probably get another Hotpoint, but the sizes are very slightly different .. only a matter of mm really. Surely these will all fit an existing opening.

For example, the Hotpoint DIH82GB is 89 x 59.4 x 56.7 cm

Yes.
Check opening size though.
Few screws at the front edge need removing.
Pull oven out a bit.
Measure opening size.

The three numbers don’t tell you everything; the back of the oven isn’t flat. This matters if there are pipes etc. running behind the oven. I had to bodge a water pipe slightly when I replaced my oven.
