Are these chimneys capped off properly ? Attached the before and after pictures. The chimneys are no longer in use

My bad, I read it wrong....one on the slope looks fine. Other, rubbish.

If each one is actually vented at the top then they are fine.Are these chimneys capped off properly ?
All (non bird caged) chimneys are.They are at risk of birds nesting inside

There's a pigeon nest in a Holly just outside our house. Looks like about half a dozen twigs dropped on a branch. I'm not surprised the chicks fall out of them. Makes my building look safe.Only by suicidal pigeons though
