Are these hinges adjustable?

Hi,

Does anyone know if these hinges can be adjusted up or down?

They are on a door in my apartment and the door has started to catch at the bottom left hand corner making it difficult to close.

No, you can only shave the door down where it catches, although you might be able to pack the bottom hinge out from the door frame, with a layer or two of cornflake box - if that might help.
