New Roof Costs - Detached Bungalow

Hi All,

I am considering purchasing a bungalow with a view to modernise it. Can anyone give me a rough idea on the cost of a new roof - like for like. I understand its difficult to estimate but in what area are we talking - 10k?

Odd looking roof with zero soffit/fascia. Was it your intention to resolve this with additional work to extend the rafters etc and have a decent looking roof line?

About £7 - £8k as long as the roof structure does not need an upgrade.
