Time served, one man band spark. 85% domestic, the rest commercial.
Per the above, I dont do rewires in occupied houses - I do plenty of rewires as parts of refurbs though. (Maybe less as a result of housing downturn this year )

I do mainly commercial work in theaters, TV studios, sports stadiums, arenas, universities, some new build offices, some heavy industrial and about 1 domestic job a year.
I'm time served, and spent most of my apprenticeship working in factories and schools. I've been in the trade for 10 years.
