ariston leak from heater element

ariston margerette leaking from thr heating element rubber. fitted a new element and gasket but still leaking,any solutions? :roll:
 
is the mc noisy when spins. poss drum surport cut just above heater if so try chemical metal to seal it .but it will need a new drum .
