Aritech CS350 Open Zones

Hi All

My Aritech CS350 won’t set as it says I have an open zone. The zone has a T in front of it. How can I clear this and this set the alarm?

At a guess zone 3 whatever that device is has a tamper on it e.g. If it was a pir , the lid is not on fully ...

Thank you. Oh so T for Tamper. I’ve checked and the box is closed properly. Any other thoughts?

No ......what ever device is on zone 3 ! Do you have a zone list ? E.g. 1 back door 2 hallway ...ect ect
