Want to get power to the shed at the bottom of the garden about 10m away. There is a boarder with mature shrubs and bushes down the side of the garden. Can I run armored cable against a fence or do need to bury it? If so to what depth? Any advice is welcome, thanks

There is nothing wrong with leaving the cable on the surface
mines is clipped to my fence which is bad practice
in my case its very small cable clips for phone cable with a very small cable tie looped through the clip and around the cable that with a small amount off pulling will seperate so with fence failure will be greatly reduced chance off dammage to cable
