Asbestos cement old fragments

Hey all,

like teenager I was not knowing much about of asbestos and have been quite ignorant. Some time ago I clean an old illegal dump of asbestos cement roof fragments which somebody dump into the forest long ago.

I was careful and did not breaking these bits, just collecting them and slowly putting into bags. Breaks have been old and have lay on forest floor many years.

Now I am in panic. I was Googling what makes me very anxiosly. I am in worry that this destroyed my future health.

Are already breaked asbestos cement roof fragments very dangerous if they have all ready been breaked in the past? I did not breaking them, just collecting them into bags.

It's the dust which would of been rained off if there was any.
We've all been exposed to asbestos at some point. 6 million tons of the stuff is in the uk.
I've worked with it back in the 90s.
Your exposure is low to zero.
Just get on with your life.
Worry won't do you any good.
