Attaching Electric Fire to Wall

Hi,

Hoping someone can advise as to the best method in hanging a fire to a solid wall.

I was given a electric fire but there appears to be no obvious mounting points on the back of it in order to secure it to the wall.


How do I best mount the fire?

Not sure on brand/model, took a picture of the label on fire

Well the clue might be the words

"Technical Helpline"

A telephone number 08706 061 065

And the words

"Manufactured in Birmingham England by BFD"

And the words

"MODEL NUMBER 831"


Where's the electrical cable/flex?

It's missing a part.

There should be a horizontal bar (wall plate) to fit onto the wall - the metal bar on the back of the fire hooks over the wall plate

If you don't have wall plate? kitchen cup'd wall plates might be a substitute.
