after some extenxive building work, we have had several aurora downlights fitted. Now the bulbs have blown and we havn't a clue how to change them. HELP please!

At least give us a fighting chance

Which one of the 15,000 fittings they manufacture, each with a different bulb changing method are you having difficulties with?

Even better would be a photo.

Looks like the collar (white bit concelling lamp edge) twists or click fits. Try turning it 90 degrees

Ta, have tried, it wont shift. will have another go, wondered if there was some knack or other to get it to move.

The inner collar twists 90degs and should drop out, you sometimes need to push up a little when you try to turn them.

I find it easier to push/twist against one 'lug' with my thumb and the knuckle of my forefinger on the other.......

Basically twist here........
