Auto Shut Off Upon Burst Pipe

This query MIGHT be better in the Garden section, but I'll start it here.

In my polytunnel I have a mains water supply to a tap, from which I want to run soaker hoses and other watering lines. I'd like to install a device that shuts off the supply if one of these hoses were to pop off a connector or split or some other calamity....we're on a water meter, apart from any other issue, so really don't want water gushing at mains pressure for a day before I realise the problem!

Is there such a safety device and if so, what's it called?

Other than those the wondervalve is very good as it limits flow and is fairly cheap, plus you can fit different cartridges for the flow you need.
