I guess there will be loads of small print that is relevant here.....my own AA cover entitles me to rescue despite what vehicle I am in, so that offer isn't unique. My spouse is in the contract for an extra £10.
Similar to Green Flag - no experience of them - they will use sub contractors to recover you, whereas the big organisations have their own and perhaps can attend to you quicker.
Like any of these organisations they are insurers, and you get what you pay for...... and when you need them they are priceless. I've used the AA twice for long distance recovery, once for local and their service was second to none.

That's not "full cover" its only "roadside and recovery", the full cover is £70+

Note the exclusions for outside your home, so no winter starting failures etc.
Also read the top line on page 2, sounds more like its the car that's covered not the person.
