My cordless is a Makita DFR550, a model based on the corded models. It's OK, but can be a bit temperamental - mainly after loaning it to someone who is ham-fisted and/or unwilling to learn how to use it properly - but I have it partly because all my cordless kit is Makita, so I have enough batteries to spare. I've used the Senco Duraspin cordless collated screwguns in the past and if anything they are even more finicky. In general the trade drywall guys I work with tend to use either those two models or the Hilti cordless these days, rather than corded models, which must say something.
The best collated models I've tried recently were the Bosch GSR45TE drill / MA55 feed attachment combo which is probably as good as the Fein SCT 5-40 M although not as good as the Hilti SD-M1 we had on loan erlier this year IMHO (pity about the Hilti price....)
