Hello

Can you recommend a precision screw driver set, that has extra long depth, with as many driver bits as possible.

I am after extra long precision driver bits (or as extra precision screw drivers in the common types) and some regular driver bits that has as many bits as possible, it must include small torx security bits T1 - T8 minimum. If it comes with adapters for 4mm bits to 1/4 inch standard size bits and 1/4 inch to 4mm that would be perfect. Magnetic bits are preferred where possible, I do have a bit magnetise and demagnetise box.

Ideally spending… happy to spend more if needed but a rough estimate

50 bits or less £10
75 bits or less £15
75+ bits up to £35

Be aware that a bit holder plus shaft is going to be wider than the bits that fit in it, so if space is at a premium, consider a set of thin shafted screwdrivers, although you may need to make up a collection from several sets. Amazon has plenty of choice, but buying direct from e bay via Chinna can be much cheaper if your prepared to wait six weeks for the container to arrive

Try Wera, they're good quality:

I picked up a Bosch 42 piece precision driver set at Costco for under £20.

Widely available online, on eBay currently. Look for the one with the +1 piece bonus flexible extension.

I used to have a few sets of Torx security bits. One day a customer asked me to replace the flex on his mum's (green) Bosch hedge trimmer. All the body screws were regular Torx screws... except for the one 50mm deep in the body, which was the torx security type with the pin in the middle. I paid about £8 for a set of 75mm torx security bits from Amazon.
