Any repair guys in here ? I have a delonghi prima donna exclusive ( esam6900 ) keep getting an error of either , ground too fine . Or the water circuit is empty . Any ideas ?
The one I found mentioned pump. I don't know if this is correct but like all machines it's a moving part and can be first to go wrong.
If pumping you can understand why it mentions coffee grinds as not enough power to push water through.
Like cars or anything one problem can cover multiple error codes. That's the trick with fault finding
I was wondering about the pump . It seems to produce hot water just fails on the coffee part . I've had this machine apart today . I'm just going to send it off to delonghi

With pumps you can wire up to power sometimes to test and then use cheap multi tester but you will need to look up how to use on motors.
Maybe better to send off.
