CDA CVC10 Coffee Machine

So I'm not alone after all. I've been having problems with the CVC10, then CVC11, combined with the vaguaries of CDA's customer service for the past two years. Well my new 11 machine seems to not pump steam now, CDA say its a pump fault, oh dear, do I dear start another support call

Trash like I said .Designed for B&Q to look good but when it come's to working its an after thought.

Decided to have a look myself today, found a solenoid had dropped off, it was held on with a rubber washer rather than cerclip. Now working perfect
